Edgewood travelled to Eastern Greene and returned with a 63 - 60 come from behind win. The Mustangs stumbled out of the gate, trailing 15 - 4, before finding their footing to close within 2 at the half. After briefly taking the lead in the opening minute of the 3rd quarter, Edgewood still trailed by 7 heading into the final period. The Mustangs finished strong, however, and outscored the Thunderbirds by 10 to close out the game and secure the victory. Reece Roberts led Edgewood with 17 points, while Caden Jones had 13 and Karson Gladhill scored 10. In addition, Luke Druckrey scored 9 points, Carter Hayden had 5, AJ Norris scored 3 points, and Zane Powell, Dylan Wickens and Evan Jacobs had 2 points apiece to complete the scoring for the Mustangs. Gladhill and Jacobs both had 7 rebounds, and Roberts had 4 assists to lead those categories. With the win, Edgewood finished the regular season with a record of 10 - 11 and will try to improve on that when they open Sectional play on Tuesday evening against Owen Valley at Speedway High School.
