Edgewood came up just short in a hard-fought game with Indian Creek, by a score of 51 - 47. The Mustangs were down 2 points and had the ball with just over a minute left, but weren't able to come up with a score. Carl Norris was lone bright spot on offense for Edgewood, scoring 15 points on 6 of 7 from the field. No other Mustang reached double figures, with Carson Huttenlocker and Kam Ranard scoring 7 points each, Will Inman and Caden Jones adding 5 apiece, and Owen McGovern and AJ Norris scoring 4 points each. Huttenlocker and McGovern led with 6 and 5 rebounds, respectively, while McGovern also passed out 5 assists to lead that category for Edgewood. The Mustangs are back in action on Saturday night as they travel to Sullivan for another Western Indiana Conference matchup.
