The Edgewood JV went into the Christmas break on a winning note, taking down host Sullivan by a 37 - 27 score. After a slow start, the Mustangs pulled into the lead just before the end of the first quarter and never trailed again on the way to the victory. Carter Hayden led Edgewood with 12 points, while Aiden Bing added 8 and Dylan Wickens had 7. In addition, Trae Shields scored 4 points, and a trio of Mustangs -- Henry Norris, Eli Lirot, and Karson Gladhill -- each had 2 points to complete the scoring. Hayden also led the way on the glass, pulling down 7 rebounds, while Gladhill added 5 and Bing and Wickens had 4 each. The Edgewood JV is off until January 10 when they host Brown County.
